North Korea is not happy with the Malaysian authorities' investigation into the death of his half-brother, Kim Jong-Nam, who died in Kuala Lumpur airport. The North Korea authority believes that Malaysia is collaborating with South Korea, who it accused of having a “sinister purpose,” and believe that Kim Jong-Nam was assassinated by an order from Pyongyang.

North Korea accuses Malaysia of breaking international law by conducting autopsies on a diplomatic passport holder and also withholding the body. The state-run KCNA news agency reported.

KCNA also said that Malaysia had said that he had died of a heart attack, but changed its stance after report surfaced from South Korea that it was Kim Jong-Un that killed his brother.

This proves that the Malaysian side is going to politicise the transfer of the body in utter disregard of international law and morality and thus attain a sinister purpose.

What merits more serous attention is the fact that the unjust acts of the Malaysian side are timed to coincide with the anti-DPRK conspiratorial racket launched by the South Korean authorities.

Malaysian police has identified 8 North Koreans, and 1 person is in custody, while 4 people fled the country on the day of the attack.

All efforts by the North Korean authorities to receive the body of Kim Jong-Nam have been turned down by the Malaysian police. The police said they needed to identify the body by DNA or a next of Kin, but none has come forward.

Kim Jong-Nam had complained that a woman sprayed chemical in his face, and died while enroute to the hospital.

He has also lived most of his life on exile as he feared Kim Jong-Nam would kill him, he has even pleaded with him to spare his life, but like his other enemies, the leader of the DPRK is brutal.

Issuing a stern warning to the Malaysia side, and a brag about his nuclear power, the KCNA article said;

The DPRK will never allow any attempt to tarnish the image of the dignified power of independence and nuclear weapons state.

It will watch the future attitude of the Malaysian side.

He was a child from the non-marital relationship his father had with a South Korean-born actress who later died in Moscow. He was also supposed to be heir to the Kingdom, but he fell out of favour after he was detained in Japan on a forged passport.

Though authorities in Malaysia arrested a lady while travelling on a Vietnamese document, the police have not released further information of the arrest, and her accomplice remain at large.

The Investigation

The North Korean officials in Malaysia had asked the Malaysian officials not to conduct an autopsy into the death of Kim Jong-Nam, a request that the Malaysian officials refused.

The body of the estranged brother was taken to the hospital by the hospital for an autopsy, and the North Korean officials, and stayed late at the hospital, workers at the hospital said they ordered a KFC.
