Two Chinese Diplomats Killed In Cebu, Philippines

Retired consular official Li Qing Liang, 60, and his wife, Gou Jing, 57, are suspects in the shooting that killed two Chinese diplomats and another one wounded. According to state media, the shooting occured when the officials were having lunch at a restaurant in Cebu, Philippines.

                      

Authorities also found a .45 caliber pistol at the scene of the shooting are are investigating the motives of the couple. The shooting according to report occured at the private lounge inside a restaurant.
