As the US Presidential election draws near, supporters of Presidential candidate, Bernie Sanders,  are saying they will not vote the Democratic party nominee, Hillary Clinton. According to some trending hashtags on Twitter, supporters of Sanders are using #StillSanders, #BernieOrBust, #SeeYouInPhilly.

                 

According to recent polls, 25% to 50% Sanders supporters are not ready to support Clinton either as a Democratic party flag-bearer or contestant against the GOP candidate, Donald Trump. 

Sanders has said he will take up his fight to transform the Democratic Party — and the country — all the way to the party's national convention in Philadelphia in July.

In a response to a question on CNN about the #BernieOrBust movement, and that some Democratic party members said they will leave the party if Sanders is not the candidate, Bernie Sanders said;

It is Secretary Clinton’s job to explain to those people why she should ... get their support. And that means she’s going to have to address their needs

The US president, Barack Obama has officially endorsed Hillary Clinton for the Democratic party presidential nominee. The endorsement was posted on Twitter after a meeting with the Vermont senator, Bernie Sanders by the president.

                   

Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama will be set to hit the campaign trail together to defeat Republican party presidential nominee, Donald J. Trump, in the November election.

Speaking in the video shared by Clinton camp, President Obama said;

I want those of you who’ve been with me from the beginning of this incredible journey to be the first to know that ‘I’m with Her.’ I am fired up and cannot wait to get out there and campaign for Hillary.

Secretary Clinton and Senator Sanders may have been rivals during this primary, but they’re both patriots who love this country and they share a vision for the America that we all believe in.

Former first lady and US secretary of state, Hillary Clinton has secured the right delegates to clinch to the Democratic party nominee for 2016. Hillary beats strong rival, Bernie Sanders in New Jersey's nominating contest.

                     

She wrote a fundraising email to supporters saying;

    Together, we secured the Democratic nomination. For the first time ever, a woman will be a major party's nominee to become President of the United States.

Hillary will now face the Republican party nominee, Donald Trump in a general election in November 8th to decide on who will be the United States President. 

Hillary is the first woman nominee in US history, and if she wins the election will be the first woman president.

Donald Trump once again won the primaries in Nevada, a three consecutive win that might see him nominated as the preferred Republican candidate for President. Speaking to his supporters after the victory, Donald Trump said;

 A couple of months ago we weren't expected to win this one. Of course, if you listen to the pundits, we weren't expected to win too much — and now we're winning, winning, winning the country.

Predicting more winnings, Donald Trump said; "it's going to be an amazing two months ... we might not even need the two months."

                     

Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio fight for a distant second position, while Ben Carson and John Kasich were left with single digits.

Though in some locations, there were reports of organizers wearing Trump shirt and hat, and some others were wearing Marco Rubio shirts. Other problems include late starts, lack of ballots, long lines and some of the candidates that pulled out of the primary before the caucus can still be seen on ballot papers.

In a surprise win by Texas senator, Ted Cruz in the Iowa caucuses have raised a different question if Donald Trump, who had gained political polls actually get actual votes and also questions about his organisation. 

                                

Ted Cruz who came from behind to overtake the billionaire, Donald Trump won the Iowa poll, while Marco Rubio finished in a strong third position, and nearly win over Donald Trump too. Ted Cruz won the poll with 28% while Donald J. Trump 24% and Marco Rubio was 23%..

                     

Trump, who had led in the last 10 Iowa GOP polls lost victory in the only survey that counted. 

Speaking after he lost in Iowa, Trump congratulated the winner, Ted Cruz, and also said he plan to win the Republican nomination and he is looking to do that in New Hampshire and South Carolina in Feb. 9 and 20 respectively.

I was told by everybody: Do not go to Iowa. You could never finish in the top ten. We finished second, and I want to tell you something. I'm honored. I'm just honored. We're 28 points ahead in New Hampshire,We will go on to get the Republican nomination, and beat 'Hillary or Bernie or whoever the hell else they throw up there.

I love the people of Iowa,I think I might come here and buy a farm.

Donald Trump leads the poll in the final Iowa poll before the caucuses. Trump leads the vote by 28%, while his political rival, Ted Cruz slid to 23%, but analysts are looking at Cruz's comeback because he is more respected and more popular than Trump.

                

According to a Marland based GOP who had worked on five presidential capaign, Stuart Stevens. He said;

 Donald Trump could win Iowa, But he has little room for error. He is almost no one's second choice.

Although 9% of GOP caucusgoers haven't made up their mind,, and they are part of the 45% who can be persuaded to change their mind in the final hours.

Other GOP candidates are struggling with the poll results. Ben Carson dropped to 10%, Rand Paul stays at 9%, Christie is at 3%, while Jeb Bush,  Carly Fiorina, Mike Huckabee, John Kasich and Rick Santorum are at only 2%.

Donald Trump in the past few weeks has suffered a backlash after his comments about Mexicans coming to the United States. Donald Trump said:

After the El Chapo escape last Saturday, Donald Trump felt like he was right about what he had said, and picked up his tweeting device to talk about the escape. He pointed that the escape is one of those things he was saying about Mexicans bringing in criminal into the country, he also slammed the Mexican government and used the phrase, "I told you so"

Donald Trump while speaking to the audience about his political campaign and what he planned on achieving had said that Mexico had not been sending in their best to America, and they have been killing America economically, and that country (Mexico) is not America's friend..Donald Trump said:

Shakira is the latest person to slam the 69 year old, Donald Trump, Via Twitter. Shakira, 38, tweeted that:

 This is a hateful and racist speech that attempts to divide a country that for years has promoted diversity and democracy! No one living in this century should stand behind so much ignorance,” she posted. Lips don’t lie, Donald. Shakira says, “You’re fired!”

        

Donald Trump had come under a lot of criticism after his statement to Mexicans, and he had been dropped by the Spanish Language broadcaster, Univision, who dropped his Miss American Pageant, followed by NBC, who not only drop his Miss America Pageant show, but also his program, "Celebrity apprentice". Another hit that hit the business mogul is the announcement from Macy's, who said they will drop his clothing lines from their stores.

Donald Trump presidential ambition seems to be costing him more than he anticipated.

We need somebody that can take the brand of the United states and make it great again.It is not great again. We need, We need somebody that literally will take this country and make it great again. You know all of my life have heard that a truly successful person, a really really successful person and even modestly successful cannot run for public office, just cant happen.

And yet that is the kind of mindset you need to make this country great again, so Ladies and gentlemen, I am officially running for president of the United state and we are going to make our country great again

Donald Trum said support gun right and would protect US Government programs like medicare,Medicaid and Social Security, but would immediately terminate President Obama executive order on immigration, which would save undocumented immigrants from deportation.

"If I get elected president, I will bring it back bigger and better and stronger than ever before. We will make America great again."

Oscar Pistrious, the double amputee that have been going to court for killing his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp  on Valentine's day 2013 is now sentenced to 5 years in prison.

Reading the charges to him, the following was considered before delivering the sentence.

                

1. Culpable homicide - 5 years in prison

2. For the Tasha shooting which he was found guilty for - 3 years in prison, wholly suspended for 5 years with conditions.

Oscar will spend 10 months in Jail, which after will serve the rest of hi sentence at home under strict supervision.
