A Canadian English teacher, Vadim Scott Bendermanm, who was arrested by police in Hanoi after sexually molesting Vietnamese boys age 13-15 years old, have now been sentenced for his crime. Scott was sentenced in Hanoi on January 13 for his crime.
Scott picked up young boys from the park, and take them to his room where he will molest them. He was teaching English and plays music gig in Hanoi's old quarter before his arrest.
Scott was sentenced to 4 years in prison.
The Canadian was well known both in Thailand and Cambodia because of the same offence, and he came to Vietnam on a tourist visa to continue his act.
