Police in Hanoi, Vietnam have arrested a Canadian national, Vadim Scott Bendermanm, 45. Scott was accused of having sex with homeless boy age 13-15 years old, luring them with cash from popular parks and lakes in the country's capital.
Scott will take the boys to his hotel room and pay them between $4-$17 each time. He teaches English and also plays music in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

Police have identified some of the boys that Scott had sex with, and investigations are currently ongoing.
Scott Bendermanm had left Cambodia in 2014 for Vietnam after police in Cambodia arrested him for having sex with a minor. He was arrested in Battambang, in northwestern Cambodia after a tip-off from his hotel.

He had brought in a 14-year old boy to his hotel room for sex. He paid the young boy $2, and police swooped in on him after the boy had left.
He was later charged with paying for sex with a minor. He was later released after the boy retracted his charges for unknown reasons.
